Order online and have your materials delivered to your home or residence hall, or stop by our convenient pick-up window in the Schenley Quad.
You can also purchase your materials in-store by visiting our our Textbook Concierge Desk. Though our textbook floor is closed due to Covid-19, our friendly staff will quickly retrieve your materials while you wait.
Course materials, clickers, rentals and inactivated eBooks and access codes are returnable within three days from the date of purchase, pick-up, or delivery during the return period only.
The return period begins three weeks before Fall/Spring Term, two weeks before Summer Term, and ends on the last day of the add/drop period designated for each term. After the add/drop period, all course materials are non-returnable. Returns must be in resalable condition with shrink wrap and software codes intact.
Course material returns for dropped classes are permitted until the last day of the add/drop period for which they were purchased regardless of the date of purchase. Add/drop information and original receipt are required for returns.
To return your textbook(s) via UPS Ground please email us at email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization link which will allow you to start your return. There is a $5 flat fee. This is relevant only for Spring '21 Textbooks being returned via UPS Ground, not any other purchases.
