All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be refunded using the same tender with which they were purchased.

General Books & Merchandise

Course materials, clickers, rentals and inactivated eBooks and access codes are returnable within three days from the date of purchase during the return period only.

The return period:Starts 3 weeks before Fall/Spring semester, 2 weeks before the Summer semester and ends on the last day of the add/drop period designated for each semester/term.

After the add/drop period, all course materials are non-returnable. Returns must be in resalable condition with shrink wrap and software codes intact.

Course material returns for dropped classes are permitted until the last day of the add/drop period for which they were purchased regardless of the date of purchase. Add/drop information and original receipt are required for returns.

General Books and Merchandise are returnable within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. All items must be in resalable condition with original price tag attached to clothing.

Non-returnable: Clearance items, ebooks, access codes and clickers which have been activated, special order course packets, print on demand books, opened headphone packages, all custom and special orders, review books, study guides, bar charts, test preps, law review and exam books, academic regalia, opened calculators, opened vinyl records, any dated material such as magazines and calendars, and opened health and beauty items.

Technology

Unopened and intact technology items are returnable within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Product and packaging must be in resalable condition. For course material related technology see policy on reverse side.

Opened technology merchandise will incur a 10% restocking fee and must contain all parts and documentation as included in the original package.

Headphones are not returnable if the packaging is open.

Opened vinyl records are not returnable unless defective.

Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be refunded using the same tender with which they were purchased. Cash refunds will be given up to $500; the remainder will be issued via check or store credit.
